Which means we have a TIE!
First we will have a re-vote. Rihanna and Neil will not vote.
Anna and Nicki will be the only two that vote. You MUST vote for either Rihanna or Neil.
If there is still a tie after the re-vote the rules state that Neil and Rihanna will go head to head in a competition since it's the final four tribal council.
Anna and Nicki, you have 24 hours to vote..if you vote before then, results will be revealed sooner!
