According to the rules....
If the revote is still deadlocked, the two contestants who are involved in the tie will then be immune. All other contestants must then draw a rock. The person who draws the white rock will be eliminated from the game.
So Neil and Jeremy are no immune with Rihanna.
Anna, Nicki and Zac must draw rocks.
Whichever one of you draw the white rock will be voted out of this game and must leave immediately....
